Slow down your dice roll and pick the number you want. Maximum roll would be 12, minimum would be 2. Roll two dice blocks, both numbered 1 to 6. The title says it all, rolls a 1, 2, or 3.
Like the name implies, you can roll a 0 or a 1.

A new Bowser Party mode changes three of the five boards into a new cooperative mode where Bowser chases players in a car as they try to reach the end of the board before getting caught. The controversial car mechanic, albeit improved in both its luck factor and speed, returns once again.
